National search firm anticipates growing demand for banking professionals.

Baltimore, MD -- March 17, 2009 -- Stephen James Associates (SJA), a premier national search firm, has ramped up its Banking and Financial Services Practice to assist with the anticipated growing demand for banking, restructuring, accounting, and finance professionals.
Recent actions by the U.S. government, specifically the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) and the economic stimulus package, has given rise to the need for additional expertise throughout the banking sector. The added emphasis on restructuring and turnarounds of institutions has further increased the demand for mid to executive level professionals. Loan workouts have also increased the professional demand as companies work towards resolving bad debt, an effort that will potentially help ease the credit crunch by allowing banks to clear their balance sheets and lend money.
With their talent pipeline ready and a Financial Recovery Team formed, Stephen James Associates plans to help clients navigate through this unprecedented financial crisis.
