Account Manager Jobs from Stephen James

Account Manager jobs may require you to be the primary business contact for the client and be responsible for client satisfaction, consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality, and build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Account Manager jobs may also be responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, compliance with client deliverables, revenue, ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, approve change orders and invoices, work closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the projects.
