Budget Analyst Jobs from Stephen James

Budget Analyst jobs may involve working with faculty and administrative staff in the compilation of information related to expenditures and revenue budgets, including grants, contracts, endowments, general funds, revenues, and/or gift accounts, process payroll and accounting transactions, verify budgets and expenditures to ensure compliance with regulations and restrictions.

Budget Analyst jobs may also require conferring with appropriate internal and external administrative offices to ensure that required procedures are followed, providing instruction and answer questions relating to budget procedures and serve as a liaison between the business offices and unit areas, as well as, identifying budget issues, provide alternative solutions, and resolve problems.
