HR Manager job candidates could be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, organization development, communication, performance management, coaching, policy recommendation, salary and benefits, team building, and employee relations.

A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred, as well as, the ability to work in a group or individually, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs are a plus.
