HR Manager jobs may include designing and development of timely and accurate ad-hoc reports from applicable systems such as, PeopleSoft, using advanced query techniques for end users, providing analysis and devising appropriate strategies for tracking requests of data as required.

A successful candidate for an HRIS Manager job should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least three to five years of experience directly managing other employees, preferably in an HR systems organization.
