HRIS Manager jobs may require you to be directly responsible for reporting and analytics from the HR system by developing, analyzing and reporting on information by use throughout the Company.

HR Manager jobs may include designing and development of timely and accurate ad-hoc reports from applicable systems such as, PeopleSoft, using advanced query techniques for end users, providing analysis and devising appropriate strategies for tracking requests of data as required.

A successful candidate for an HRIS Manager job should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least three to five years of experience directly managing other employees, preferably in an HR systems organization.
