Securities Analyst jobs require you to perform diverse research and fact-gathering tasks for assigned attorney(s) and/or support staff personnel, obtain relevant research materials through various internet resources, tracking, filing, and organizing research materials to facilitate their use by other staff and attorneys, producing written summaries of research in a concise, user-friendly, informative manner, completing special projects as needed, and assisting the securities staff in performing a variety of paralegal and business analyst functions to support attorneys in representing their clients fairly and efficiently.

Securities Analyst jobs may require a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or research-intensive field or the equivalent work experience, be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
