Tax Manager Jobs from Stephen James

Tax Manager jobs may involve managing all aspects of income taxation for various companies, tax accounting, federal, state, and foreign tax compliance, and assisting with tax planning initiatives. Tax Manager jobs may require you to work with internal accounting groups or outside CPA firms, have the responsibility for answering federal and state audit requests related to the assigned entities, you may perform various tasks related to the corporate oversight of tax compliance procedures and/or assist with the consolidation of the federal corporate return.

Tax Manager jobs may require a bachelors degree with a concentration in accounting, CPA or MBA in, business, finance or accounting, a knowledge in preparation of multi-state, consolidated corporate tax returns in a public or private environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
