Bill Pisano has over ten years of experience in the recruitment profession, having worked at Spherion Professional Recruiting for nine years prior to joining Stephen James Associates in March of 2006. While at Spherion, Bill developed the Information Technology practice for the mid-Atlantic region, providing both staffing and permanent recruitment services to emerging and Fortune 500 companies. With a footprint firmly placed in the Baltimore/metropolitan area, Bill has built a solid reputation in providing quality service at various levels to clients large and small.

Professional Affiliations

Bill is a member of the Greater Baltimore Committee (GBC) serving on the President's Advisory Board and Technology Committees. He also is involved with Maryland Board for Responsive Government (MBRG) and the Maryland Chamber of Commerce. Bill has also served as President for Baltimore Junior Associate of Commerce (BJAC) and Santa Claus Anonymous.
