Mr. Arboleda heads up the Banking & Financial Services Group at Stephen
James Associates (SJA), an Allegis Group Company. In his role, Arboleda leads
the practice responsible for executive search in banking and financial services
at the mid to senior executive level. Prior to leading the Banking &
Financial Services Group at SJA, Arboleda held various roles within operating
companies of Allegis Group including Technical Recruitment/Management in
Engineering, Commercial Services, Professional Services, Managed Services and
additional cross divisional roles. Arboleda has 11 years in the recruiting
industry, 9 of which have been with Allegis Group.
Mr. Arboleda is active in the community as an Executive Board Member with the
Boy Scouts of America, a Board Member with the South Florida Workforce
Investment Board (serving Dade and Monroe Counties), the Broward WorkForce
Development Board, a Board Member of the South Florida Association for
Financial Professionals (SFAFP), and as the Chair of the Human Resources and
Business Education Committee for 2010-2011 at the Greater Miami Chamber of
Commerce.
