Expertise

Eric Dunlap has more than nine years of contingency search experience and currently focuses his efforts in the Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia metropolitan areas. Eric began his career with Aerotek, an affiliated company to Stephen James Associates, where he gained search and placement expertise through his extensive work developing and implementing Aviation recruitment and staffing solutions for both Regional and Major Airlines, Prime Contractors, MRO Facilities, and several braches of the Military directly.

Professional Affiliations

Eric is an active member of his alma mater's alumni organization. He is a founding member of the board of advisors for the Aviation Institute of Maintenance in Manassas, VA, and has sat on the board for the school in Virginia Beach, VA since 2001. Eric is also active with the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) where he has been a delegate since 2002.
