Joe has almost a dozen years recruitment experience here in the South Florida market. He is currently based out of our
Boca Raton office which he opened 3 ½ years ago with Kramer Professional Staffing and is responsible for the Palm Beach County
market and related operations. LoBello began his career with TEKsystems, an affiliated company of Stephen James Associates,
where he developed his business development, recruiter training, and overall placement expertise. After almost four years
with TEKsystems he then joined a local publicly traded company as their Corporate Recruiting Manager. LoBello most recently
served as Vice President with Kramer Professional Staffing, Inc., (a leading provider of Accounting, Financial, and Human
Resources Recruitment Services) where he started more than 6 years ago shortly after the company's inception. Kramer
Professional Staffing, Inc. was acquired by Stephen James Associates in December of 2006.
An Alumnus of Florida State, where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree, LoBello has built a reputation as a leader in the Boca
Raton and West Palm Beach markets. His clients call upon his expertise regularly for support in the areas of recruiting, market
compensation analysis, and trends in local hiring practices. This includes advising clients on how to successfully hire, manage,
and retain top talent. He has also guided hundreds of candidates in how to effectively manage their careers. LoBello and his team
