With over ten years experience in the recruiting industry, R.D. Helt has returned home to the Kansas City market to lead the development of Stephen James Associates. He was originally hired by Stephen James President Carl Wright with A.J. Burton in Bethesda, MD in 1997. During the next ten years, Helt was instrumental in building the Bethesda office of A.J. Burton - and later Spherion - into one of the most productive offices in the country.

R.D. stresses quality customer service for both clients and candidates - in fact a great number of his clients were repeat customers. This will continue to be the hallmark of the Stephen James office in Kansas City.

Before joining the recruiting industry, R.D. was the football recruiting coordinator at the University of Kansas and an Associate Athletic Director at the University of Maryland.
