Ryan Brazell has four years of recruitment experience and currently focuses on the Philadelphia metropolitan
area for Stephen James Associates. He began his recruiting career with Aerotek, an affiliate company of Stephen
James where he developed extensive placement and recruiting expertise working with Engineering, DOD, and Technology
companies. Since joining Stephen James Associates in January 2006 as an Accounting and Finance Practice Director in
the Baltimore, MD office he has provided permanent placement and staffing solutions to numerous publicly traded and
privately held companies in the Baltimore/DC area. He has led the Philadelphia operations in Wayne, PA since October
2007. In addition to his experience in the recruitment industry, Ryan has experience in public accounting including
Big Four firm KPMG, where he focused on medium sized and Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries.

An alumnus of Mount St. Mary's College where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Ryan has built a
