Sean began his career with Aerotek and the Maxim Group, both affiliated companies to Stephen James Associates under the Allegis Group umbrella. While with the Maxim Group, an IT Applications Consulting Group, he held the positions of Account Manager, National Account Manager, and Director of Business Operations. While at Aerotek, Sean held the positions of Recruiter, Account Manager, and Director of Business Operations. He then made the move over to Stephen James Associates as the Director of Business Operations. He has spent all 16 years recruiting in the Broward County market for the Allegis Group Companies.
