We have used Ted Bickford to recruit two roles in our organization in recent months. Ted was referred to me by our MIS Director this past May to assist me in a search for a Hyperion consultant for a very specific project. I was particularly impressed with Ted’s communication during the search. He provided me with daily status updates on his search and, during the project, remained in touch to ensure it went smoothly. He also followed up with the candidate we selected to run the project. I appreciate his involvement in making sure the project was going according to plan.
For one project, we were looking for a consultant with unique and uncommon skills. Ted was able to find exactly what we needed. We found Ted to be extremely helpful in screening candidates and presenting his two or three selections who truly met the skills we were looking for.
