Miami, FL - June 23, 2010 - The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce has appointed Carlos J. Arboleda, as its Chair for the Human Resources and Business Education Committee. Mr. Arboleda is the Executive Director for Stephen James Associates' Banking & Financial Services Group.
